SOPEP invites TECHNICAL PAPERS, PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, CASE STUDIES&RESEARCH PAPERS as well as DELEGATES and SPONSORS for the Contest on the Theme and sub-topics.

Although it is expected that all entries shall match the conference theme yet based on varied industrial experiences and educational backgrounds, the author(s) may exercise the freedom to choose any one of the following sub-themes:

1. Effective Practices for improvement of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)

2. Various Energy Conservation initiatives including adaptation of Renewable Energy

3. Efforts towards Skill Up-gradation for Business Sustainability through Operation & HR Practices

4. Adoption of Best Practices towards Technological Advancement and Solutions for Waste Management
